A special service for promoting the employment of graduates - the career center holds meetings with heads of enterprises, preliminary competitive selection based on applications from organizations, organization and holding of a job fair (career day) for non-teaching OPs, personal distribution of graduates of pedagogical and a number of OPs of art, participation in the city job fair. Annual employment statistics for EP are maintained. To create an effective system for promoting the employment of WKU graduates, work is underway to conclude cooperation agreements with government authorities. Partnerships with regional training centers and cooperation with the department and employment center of the city of Uralsk are being developed. During the year, these communities, together with the career center, organize and conduct presentations and meetings of students with representatives of organizations and enterprises for the purpose of internships, internships and further employment.
In order to introduce future specialists to the proposed in-demand specialties, a “Job Fair” is held annually at WKU. Graduating students at the fair can receive the most complete information about the labor market and about enterprises that are in need of workers. Every year the university provides the opportunity for graduate teachers to find employment in rural schools.
The Faculty of Culture and Art annually holds a number of events to strengthen relations with employers, including conferences, round tables, and meetings.
EP graduates are in demand and employed in cultural, art and educational institutions in the city of Uralsk and the region.
The university management makes every effort to ensure employment of graduates and maintain continuous communication with them. Thanks to close interaction with enterprises of the region and the region, young specialists are given a unique opportunity to undergo practical training at their intended place of work. It is practiced to undergo teaching practice with further employment in schools in the region.
During the internship, some students already work as teachers. Students of specialty 6B02129 - Instrumental performance, 6B02125 - Traditional musical art, 6B02102 Vocal art, 6B01404 "Music education" - music teachers, 6B02102 "Vocal art" - soloists and philharmonic artists, and can also work as music teachers in schools in the city and region, in extracurricular activity centers. One of the most common tools for attracting employers to the problems of young people in the labor market is the “Job Fair”. The main purpose of these events is state and social support for graduates, meeting the need for personnel in schools and educational organizations in the region.
