In particular, a 2nd year student of the specialty 5B010700 - "Fine arts and drawing" Meirzhan Koshakov won the Grand Prix in the republican competition "Dala sazy" in the nomination "Fine arts and crafts" (supervisor - senior teacher Bakhytgul Moldasheva), student of group D-31 Zhusupova Gulnaz took 1st place (supervisor A. Abdeshev). Students of the specialty 5В042100 - "Design" under the guidance of the senior teacher of the department Nayla Bisakaeva Malika Kubaeva took first place at the II International Exhibition-Competition "Art-Yurta" in the nomination "Fashion and Accessories Design", Alfia Ramazanova took 2nd place in the Republican competition "We are together, we're home!" in the category fine arts and piano. Also under the guidance of the master, member of the Artists' Union of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askat Abdeshev, 2nd year student Asaup Aldiyar, took 1st place in the republican competition of drawings "Bright Star", in the republican competition "How beautiful this world is" in the nomination "Fine Arts" Zhusupova Gulnaz took 1st place, and in the nomination "photo-art" - Aldiyarova Lunara (D-41) took 3rd place.
