Currently, the training is conducted by leading specialists of the region – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Yerzhanov M.E., Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, actor, director Kazhmuratov S.K., Honored Worker of Kazakhstan Kaziev E.E., director-teacher, chief director of the regional drama theater M.H. Tomanov, Abuov S.K., KR Madeniyet salasyn uzdigi, actress E.Zh. Makasheva, K.I., associate professor Gurieva G.G. and others.

Senior lecturer, director A.A. Sundetkalieva has completed postgraduate studies and is preparing to defend her dissertation on the program of training scientific and pedagogical personnel at the postgraduate school of the Kazan State Institute of Culture, specialty 13.00.08 - Theory and methodology of vocational education.
All teaching staff of OP 6B02104 Directing participate in research and methodological activities aimed at improving the content of education in order to train personnel who meet modern requirements. Scientific articles on the problems of theatrical art, directing and pedagogy were published in International, Republican scientific and practical conferences and articles in scientific journals included in the Thomson Reuters Foundation, Elsevier Scopus, as well as articles in scientific journals of far and near abroad. Scientific articles have been published jointly with foreign and domestic scientists and teachers.
Candidate of Art History, Associate Professor G.G.Gurieva participates in the implementation of educational programs, awarded by the decree of the Presidium of the Russian Union of Writers No. 20190415-1 dated 04/15/2019 with the Medal "Alexander Pushkin 220 years", by the decree of the Presidium of the Russian Union of Writers No. 20191129-1 dated 11/29/2019 with the Medal "Anton Chekhov". A certificate was also received on the inclusion of the writer's works in the Anthology of Russian Prose for 2019.
For the basic disciplines "fundamentals of directing", "work of a director with performers and a post-Director group" Electronic teachers were developed by the senior teacher, Master M. E. The teachers of this OP develop scenarios for all cultural events of the university, take an active part in their organization and conduct. Since 2005, the Murager Youth Student Theater began its work under the guidance of the master, senior lecturer I.I.Iskakova and the Aigerim puppet theater under the guidance of senior lecturer A.A. Sundetkalieva, whose participants are students of the OP, as well as students of other OP of the university.
